New Patient Registration
If you wish to join the practice please ask at reception. When you register, is it helpful if you can show us photo ID and a household bill if you have these.
When making an appointment you may state your preference of doctor but you may have to wait longer for the doctor of your choice.
Important information for new patient's
Due to a change in how medical records are being transferred from your previous GP practice we are experiencing delays in receiving patient medical records.
This is a national problem and is beyond our control
As a practice we work hard to treat our patients correctly so that they receive the best patient care possible.
It is important that you attend for your new patient health check so that we can gain as much medical information about you as possible.
Please bring in a copy of your repeat prescription slip or any medication that you take on a regular basis.
Please also ensure that you let us know if there is something in your medical records that we should know about.
We are sorry for an inconvenience this may cause, and hope that this problem will be resolved soon.
These fact sheets have been written to explain the role of UK health services, the National Health Service (NHS), to newly-arrived individuals seeking asylum. They cover issues such as the role of GPs, their function as gatekeepers to the health services, how to register and how to access emergency services.
